Refund Policy
At Mensbit, we take extra care to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product, we are here to help you with returns or exchanges under the following policy.
1.Eligibility for Return / Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
· The product delivered is wrong (different from what you ordered).
· The product is of a different size than ordered.
· The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
· We offer a 2-day return policy for clothes, which means you have 2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If Above Criteria Eligible.
⚠️important: To claim a return for wrong/defective/damaged items, you must share a full unboxing video of the parcel from the moment you open the package until the issue is clearly visible. The video must be continuous (without cuts, edits, or pauses).
2. Non-Returnable Items
· Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or not following wash care instructions.
· Orders without proper unboxing video proof.
· The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
· Please note that free gifts or promotional items, products that have been used or washed, and products that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return Request Process
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through:

2. Share your order number, reason for return, and full unboxing video proof.
3. Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
5. Customers can go to their Order Detail page from My Account section and can place Return Request. The Return request button will only be available for 7 days after the Product gets delivered.
4. Refund Policy
· Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.
· If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
· For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer / UPI/Mensbit Wallet
· Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side (wrong/damaged product).
5. Exchange Policy
· If you need the same product in a different size or color, we will send a replacement (subject to stock availability).
· In Case Need Exchange Product Then Customer Exchange will incur an additional Shipping fee of ₹100.
· If the required size/color is not available, you may not option for a refund. After you have Mensbit store credit/Exchange Difference product.
- Please note- For items bought during SALE, an exchange fee of Rs.100 is charged.
· We offer a 2-day return policy for clothes, which means you have 2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If above Criteria Eligible.

6. Return Shipping
· If the return is due to wrong item, wrong size, or defect/damage, Mensbit will bear the shipping cost.
· For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong selection, change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping cost.
- In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

7. Order Cancellation
· Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order is not cancellable but can follow the return process after delivery.
Mensbit reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Unavailability of stock
- Incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer
- Payment not received (in case of prepaid orders)
- Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent
